Biography
Megan has practised family law exclusively since 2012. She is a dynamic and pragmatic advocate who tailors her approach in each case to meet the client’s key objectives. Megan regularly represents and advises clients in negotiating, litigating, and resolving their family matters, and has particular experience with income, support and valuation issues.
Megan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011. After articling with a national full-service firm, Megan began her legal practice at a prominent Toronto litigation boutique. Before joining the Family Law Group of Thomson Rogers in 2021, Megan was a Partner at a preeminent family law firm specializing in complex financial and legal issues arising from the breakdown of relationships.
Megan holds a JD from Queen’s University (2010) and a BA (Joint Honours) from McGill University (2006). Megan is a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s Family Law Section, The Advocates’ Society, and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
